A minimum order of 40 applies to all digital print stationery items. However, effects such as foiling, letterpressing etc., will have a minimum order of 50. With exception of seating and milestone charts, menus, welcome signs, backdrops and table numbers.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions stated below. 


Our design pricing includes a single set of alterations/corrections at the first PDF proof stage. Any further modifications such as change in overall design (graphics, fonts and information detail) will incur an additional design fee (starting from $25) based on the complexity of the modification.

Any personalisations such as guest names and addresses need to be emailed in an Excel format. It is important that you ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct as your list will be printed exactly as supplied. 

Printing And Colour

Colour on screen will always look slightly brighter than the printed version.

All stationery is printed on a digital press and it is possible that slight colour variations may occur between each piece. This is a natural effect of the printing process and is not a design fault. There can also be slight colour variations between stock types depending on the stock used to print on (matte, gloss, textured and shimmer). Stationary can’t be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects.

To avoid this as much as possible, it is recommended that all of your wedding stationery is printed at the same time. However, please note that seating plans, backdrops, welcome signs and milestone charts are printed at a different location, therefore the colour could be slightly different to the rest of the stationery that is produced.


Proofs are sent as a PDF via email. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour, dates, spellings and grammar. At L’Amour Wedding and Events, we’ll endeavour to check this, however, if proofs are signed off by yourself with errors and are printed, we will take no responsibility.

Any personalisations such as guest names, you will need to ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct as your list will be printed exactly as supplied. Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the client’s expense.

If replacements are required, these will be charged in full. On review of the proof, if any amendments are required, changes must be emailed to L’Amour Wedding and Events, the proof is than rechecked and signed off before going to print. Your stationery order includes your initial proof and one set of revision.


All stationery designs are copyright of L’Amour Wedding and Events, and may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission. If any of our work is replicated, legal action will be taken.

At L’Amour Wedding and Events we reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services. However, we will never share any of your personal information such as home address, phone numbers and email addresses with third parties.

Quotes And Payment

If you wish to proceed with the order sent by L’Amour Wedding and Events, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any design work can commence. Once final proofs have been agreed, the remainder amount will need to be paid before any printing begins. Please note, that within the design process, if any additional changes have been made to the design, the final invoice will include all extra costs.

At L'Amour Wedding and Events, we accept payment through Paypal and Electronic Funds Transfer. If you prefer to make payment via EFT, you will need to email us a copy of the transfer receipt.

Payment will also need to be cleared in our accounts before any work is commenced on your order.

Please note, banks often take 3 – 5 business days to process payments.

Shipping And Payment

Delivery on all orders is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt.

L’Amour Wedding and Events take extreme care in packing your stationery.

The cost of shipping and handling will be added on the final invoice.

Cancellations, Loss Or Damage

If you wish to cancel your order during the design process before the artwork has gone to print, you will not be required to pay the second payment of the remaining amount. Once you have paid the second 50%, the sale becomes final.

All sales on our stationery are final. L’Amour Wedding and Events cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched.
