·       Meeting key vendors to review details and exchange information

·       Scheduling and accompany vendors on venue site walk-through

·       Confirm all vendor services before the event

·       Create day timelines for each vendor who will be present throughout the day

·       Manage the organisation and flow of the day to ensure event runs smoothly and on time

·       Check-in vendors upon arrival at location and begin supervision

·       Set-up /break-down of ceremony / reception venues

·       Ensure that the venue is set up and styled exactly how you envisioned

·       Serve as point person during ceremony / reception to handle any urgencies which may arise

 

Price - $1,000 - $1400 depending on number of guests

 

Extras:

·       Travel fee – varies depending on location
